More teething problems

We haven't quite worked out how to do this yet, so you are going to have to bear with us while we experiment for a week or two (or three) to get something that is both readable from your perspective, and manageable from our perspective...

We really haven't got a notion about whether to blog the beers individually, chronologically by when we encounter them, alphabetically - with a blog entry for each letter (if so, alphabetical by beer name, then brewery, or vice versa?), by type of beer, by personal preference, ...?

With so many different Belgian beers, categorisable in so many different ways, this is not going to be easy. Your feedback appreciated as we experiment to try get this right.
